e4 CIP is a module of MyProgram that equips plants with Live monitoring of CIP systems while allowing remote daily reports for corporate teams. 

CIP DAILY REPORTS

This module is housed on the MyProgram platform and allows plant personal and corporate teams to view reports that are automatically created on a 24hr basis.

Installed on a local server which ensures that all data is housed within the plant. Improves security and up-time of the system. 

LIVE SYSTEM MONITORING

e4 CIP combines full master sanitation scheduling system with comprehensive reporting. Easy-to-manage intuitive task sheets include links to procedures, additional task references, and photo upload for remote verification and record keeping.

HISTORICAL DATA

Stored and held for as long as a plant requires. Historical data is easily accessible via the local
system. Daily overview reports are viewable on the MyProgram platform.

CIP Daily Reports

Daily reports will be made available for all users that have access to the CIP reports module on MyProgram. 

  • Corporate teams will be able to see all plants that are E4 enabled.

  • No need to use a VPN to see these reports

  • Reports will allow for quick review of CIP systems. 

  • A summary for each run will be visible. 

  • Red items are highlighted for not meeting the set range.

  • Reports can be exported via the PDF button to share with the plant

  • Offers a quick peak into each system for fast trouble shooting

  • Shows system status and an overview of current run

  • Quick view into runs that were recently completed

Live Reporting Run Log

  • Allows viewing of individual CIP runs

  • Any run can be viewed on this screen

  • Export feature is available for sharing with auditors and others outside the plant

Live Reporting Scheduler

  • Scheduler view shows all runs that happened in a 24hr period

  • Helps to review what has been cleaned
